Kelly is a proud mother and business owner.  She has been a licensed Broker in the state of California since 2009 and in the Real Estate/ Financial Industry since 2003.  Her professional background, combined with her extensive knowledge of San Diego County's residential real estate market, is unparalleled. After the birth of their first (and only!) daughter Kaitlyn, Rex joined his wife Kelly and officially formed Garver Real Estate in 2015.  Bringing nearly 2 decades of sales experience and 6 years of social work, Rex was uniquely positive to utilize his skills to help other families achieve their Real Estate goals.  He is a super dad to Kaitlyn who already says she wants to join the family business.
